摘要
聚谷氨酸是一种含有大量自由羧基的多肽类物质,具有与重金属阳离子配位的能力,理论上可用于含重金属废水的处理.本研究通过固定化技术将聚谷氨酸包埋于海藻酸钠中制得复合凝胶树脂,实现对重金属铅、镉的高效吸附.采用傅立叶红外光谱仪(FT-IR)和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对复合树脂进行表征:验证了聚谷氨酸的固定,推测了复合树脂的吸附机理.Langmuir热力学模型拟合得到树脂对Pb2+、Cd2+的饱和吸附量分别为243.90和122.34mg·g-1.树脂经稀盐酸洗脱可再生,吸附效率保持良好,具有处理含重金属废水的应用价值.
Poly-γ-glutamate(PGA) is a kind of peptide containing lots of free carboxyl,and has the ability of coordination with heavy metal ions.Theoretically,it can be used in the treatment of wastewater containing heavy metals.In this study,through immobilization technology PGA was immobilized in sodium alginate(SA) microgel to realize the effective adsorption of Pb2+ and Cd2+.Fourier infrared spectrum (FT-IR) and scanning electron microscope (SEM) were used to analyze SA-PGA resin by verifying the fixation of PGA and speculating the adsorption mechanism.Adsorption amount of Pb2+ and Cd2+ gotten from Langmuir thermodynamic model were 243.90 and 122.34 mg · g-1,respectively.The resin still kept good adsorption efficiency after several adsorptiondesorption circulation(dilute hydrochloric acid was used as elution buffer).The SA-PGA resin has the application value of treating heavy metal wastewater.
