摘要
以海藻酸钠(SA)、羧甲基纤维素(CMC)和聚乙二醇(PEG6000)交联制备出SA-CMC-PEG复合膜,通过单因素实验和正交实验优化出最佳实验条件:SA-CMC-PEG投加量10.0 g/L、温度25℃、吸附时间120 min,在此条件下SA-CMC-PEG复合膜对Cu^(2+)的吸附效率为98.2%。用SEM和FT-IR等对复合膜的结构、形貌等进行表征,结果表明,复合膜结构为多孔网状并含有C—O、O—H、COO—等官能团,说明该复合膜易于结合吸附溶液中的Cu^(2+)。在最佳实验条件下探究了SA-CMC-PEG的解吸与再吸附性能,在0.1 mol/L的HCl溶液中解吸3次后其对Cu^(2+)的去除率仍能达到91.2%,表明该复合膜是一种可多次利用且高效的吸附材料。
SA-CMC-PEG composite membrane is prepared through cross-linking sodium alginate(SA),carboxymethyl cellulose(CMC)and polyethylene glycol(PEG6000).The optimal experimental conditions are obtained through single-factor experiments and orthogonal tests:SA-CMC-PEG dosage is 10.0 g·L^(-1),temperature is at 25℃and adsorption time is 120 min,under which the adsorption efficiency of SA-CMC-PEG composite membrane for Cu^(2+)is 98.2%.The structure and morphology of the composite membrane are characterized by SEM and FT-IR.The results show that the composite membrane has a porous mesh structure,and contains C—O,O—H,COO—and other functional groups,indicating it is easy to bind and adsorb Cu^(2+)in solution.The desorption and readsorption performance of SA-CMC-PEG membrane is investigated under the optimal conditions.Its removal rate of Cu^(2+)can still reach 91.3%after three times of desorption in 0.1 mol·L^(-1)HCl solution,representing that it is an efficient adsorbent material that can be used many times.
