摘要
"左属血,右属气"的理论源于"气血"及"阴阳"学说,气血以及阴阳学说都是中医基础理论非常重要的组成部分,是人体生理病理发展和变化的根本,笔者主要基于气血阴阳与中风偏瘫的关系进行探讨,对这一关系的进一步探讨,可为临床发生一侧身体瘫痪提供论治依据,也可参考理论进行预防及治疗,不仅可以丰富中风理论基础且具有一定临床指导意义。
The theory of "left belongs to blood, right belongs to Qi" originates from "Qi and blood" and "Yin and Yang"(阴阳theory. Qi and blood and Yin and Yang theory are very important parts of basic theory of traditional Chinese medicine, and are the basis of the development and change of human physiological pathology. The author mainly discusses the relationship between Qi and blood and yin and yang and stroke hemiplegia. Further discussion on this relationship can provide theoretical basis for the clinical occurrence of paralysis of one side of the body, and can also ofter the theory for prevention and treatment. It can not only enrich the theoretical basis of stroke, but also have a certain clinical significance.
