摘要
目的观察中西医结合综合康复方法治疗中风偏瘫的临床效果。方法将100例中风偏瘫病人随机分为2组,观察组50例采用中医综合疗法结合常规西医治疗方法,对照组50例采用目前常用的常规西医治疗方法。采用Fugl-Meyer评定量表和Bathel指数(BI)评分对两组患者治疗前后的肢体运动功能与日常生活活动能力(ADL)进行评定。结果两组均可改善患者的肢体运动功能及日常生活活动能力,两组治疗前[观察组(53.60±18.25)VS(41.30±14.75);对照组(49.68±15.71)VS(42.74±16.51)]、治疗后[观察组(83.53±20.42)VS(78.75±20.63);对照组(67.81±18.60)VS(60.23±18.32)]比较差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。但观察组与对照组治疗后的肢体运动功能[观察组(83.53±20.42);对照组(67.81±18.60)]比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组日常生活活动能力[观察组(78.75±20.63);对照组(60.23±18.32)]比较,差异亦有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论中西医结合综合康复方法治疗中风偏瘫临床效果显著,值得推广。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of comprehensive rehabilitation approach of integrated medicine in treating stroke hemiplegia. Methods 100 cases of patients with stroke hemiplegia were randomly deviled into treatment group and control group, and each group had 50 cases. The treatment group was treated with comprehensive rehabilitation approach of integrated medicine and routine Western medicine, while the control group was only given Western medicine. Fugl-Meyer scale and Bathel index（BI） score were used to evaluate the limb motor function and the activity of daily life（ADL） of the patients in the two groups before and after treatment. Results The limb motor function and ADL in the patients of the two groups were improved. Before treatment：（the observation group： 53.60 ±18.25 VS 41.30±14.75; the control group： 49.68±15.71 VS 42.74±16.51）, and after treatment：（the observation group： 83.53 ±20.42 VS 78.75±20.63; the control group： 67.81 ±18.60 VS 60.23 ±18.32）, and the difference had statistical significance（ all P 〈0.05）. The limb motor function of the observation group and the control group after treatment was 83.53 ±20.42 and 67.81±18.60, respectively, and the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0.05）. The ADL of the the observation group and the control group after treatment was 78.75 ±20.63 and60.23±18.32）, respectively, and the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0.05）. Conclusion The clinical effect of comprehensive rehabilitation approach of integrated medicine in treating stroke hemiplegia is obviously, and it is worth popularizing.
