摘要
目的了解北京市海淀区6所中小学校学生伤害流行现状及其影响因素。方法选取北京市海淀区小学、初中和高中各两所,纳入1413名学生。2017年11月收集学生的基本情况、家庭、视力、睡眠和伤害发生情况,描述伤害发生率,采用Logistic回归分析伤害发生影响因素。结果过去6个月的伤害发生率为21.59%。伤害发生率前四位原因为跌倒/坠落(13.80%)、锐器伤(5.87%)、钝器伤(2.83%)和动物致伤(2.76%)。农村学生伤害发生率(23.89%)高于城市学生(19.33%)。中学生伤害发生率(30.42%)高于小学生(17.04%)。男生伤害发生率(24.08%)高于女生(19.26%)。多因素Logistic分析显示,性别、初中生或高中生、入睡困难是影响伤害的主要因素,男性发生伤害风险高于女性(OR=1.456,95%CI:1.105~1.918),初中生发生伤害风险高于小学生(OR=1.505,95%CI:1.038~2.181),高中生发生伤害风险高于小学生(OR=1.940,95%CI:1.216~3.095),有入睡困难者发生伤害风险高于无入睡困难者(OR=1.760,95%CI:1.252~2.473)。结论北京市海淀区中小学生伤害发生处于较高的流行水平,应针对影响伤害发生的危险因素,开展健康教育,及时监测、预防伤害的发生,以保护学生健康。
Objective To explore the epidemiological characteristics and influencing factors of injuries among students in 6 elementary and middle schools of Haidian district of Beijing.Methods Two primary schools,two junior middle schools and two senior middle schools were selected,and 1413 students were enrolled.Demographic characteristics,family,vision,sleep and injury occurrence were collected in November,2017 to describe the incidence of injuries,and logistic regression model was used to analyze the influencing factors of injury.Results The incidence of injuries in the last 6 months was 21.59%.The four leading reasons for injuries are falls(13.80%),sharp instrument injury(5.87%),blunt instrument injury(2.83%),being harmed by animals(2.76%)。The incidence of injuries was higher among rural students(23.89%)than urban students(19.33%).The incidence of injuries among middle school students(30.42%)was higher than that of primary school students(17.04%).The incidence of injuries among male students(24.08%)was higher than that of female students(19.26%).Male(OR=1.456,95%CI:1.105-1.918),junior middle school(OR=1.505,95%CI:1.038-2.181)or senior middle school(OR=1.940,95%CI:1.216-3.095),and sleep problems(OR=1.760,95%CI:1.252-2.473)were independent risk factors.Conclusions The occurrence of injuries is at high prevalence level among primary and middle school students in Haidian district of Beijing.Health education should be carried out to monitor and prevent injury in time to ensure students’health.
