摘要 为探究建筑工人不安全行为影响因素之间的关系,提升建筑施工现场的安全性,通过因子分析等方法识别出关键影响因素.在此基础上,采用解释结构模型(ISM)深入剖析了各影响因素之间的关系,建立递阶结构图.同时,运用交叉影响矩阵相乘法(MICMAC)构建驱动力-依赖性坐标图,有效定位各影响因素,揭示其相互作用机理.结果表明,建筑工人不安全行为影响因素可分解成5级3阶的多级递阶结构,社会环境是最根本的深层因素,专业素养是最重要的中间因素,安全能力是最有效的直接因素.基于分析结果,提出了相应的对策及建议,以期为减少不安全行为,提升施工安全性提供有效依据. In order to explore the relationship between the influencing factors of unsafe behaviors of construction workers and improve the safety of construction sites,the key influencing factors were identified through factor analysis and other methods.On this basis,the interpretive structure model(ISM)was used to deeply analyze the relationship among the influencing factors,and the hierarchical structure diagram was established.At the same time,the matrices impacts croises-multiplication appliance classement(MICMAC)was used to construct the drive-dependence coordinate diagram to effectively locate the influencing factors and their interaction mechanism was revealed.The results show that the influencing factors of unsafe behavior of construction workers can be decomposed into 5 levels and 3 levels of multi-level hierarchical structure.Among them,social environment is the most fundamental deep factor,professional quality is the most important intermediate factor,safety ability is the most effective direct factor.Based on the analysis results,the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward in order to provide an effective basis for reducing unsafe behaviors and improving construction safety.
