基于扎根理论和ISM-MICMAC的石油化工事故致因因素研究

摘要 准确识别石油化工事故致因因素,分析各因素间的内在逻辑关系,有助于遏制石油化工事故的发生。通过研究2017—2022年发生的41起石油化工事故,使用扎根理论总结出16个石油化工事故致因因素,使用ISM模型法和MICMAC分析法对导致石油化工事故发生的16个致因因素进行了研究,得到“石油化工事故致因因素”解释结构模型。此模型将16个事故致因因素分为6个层级和4个象限,该模型揭示了化工事故的根本原因,提供了一种新型化工事故的致因分析方法,可适用于大多数化工生产事故的分析。 In order to accurately identify the causal factors of petrochemical accidents,analyze the internal logical relationships between each factor,and effectively curb the occurrence of petrochemical accidents.Through the study of 41 petrochemical accidents in 2017—2022,16 petrochemical accident causal factors were summarized using the Grounded theory,and the ISM model method and MICMAC analysis method were used to study the 16 causal factors leading to petrochemical accidents,and the interpretative structural model of"petrochemical accident causal factors"was obtained.The results indicate that this model divides 16 accident causal factors into 6 levels and 4 quadrants.The model reveals the root causes of chemical accidents and provides a new method for causal analysis of chemical accidents,which can be applied to the analysis of most chemical production accidents.
