摘要
以工程项目施工过程中的行为主体——作业人员为分析对象,采用层次分析法(AHP)与系统动力学方法(SD)相结合的方式,分析影响作业人员不安全行为因素的指标体系,构建相应的SD模型,分别对个体、群体、安全管理、安全文化和环境因素施加了干预。结果表明:安全管理水平和个体安全行为水平对施工作业人员不安全行为有明显抑制作用;“事前—事中—事后”全面组合干预策略对不安全行为控制具有显著效果。对不同的不安全行为模式分别提出了相应的干预策略。
Taking the operator in the process of engineering project construction as the object of analysis,this paper adopts the method of combining the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and system dynamics(SD),analyzes the factor index system that affects the unsafe behavior of the operator,builds the corresponding SD model,and respectively intervenes individual,group,safety management,safety culture and environmental factors.The results show that the level of safety management and individual safety behavior have obvious restraint effect on unsafe behavior of construction workers;and the comprehensive combination intervention strategy of"pre-behaving,behaving and post-behaving"has significant effect on unsafe behavior control.Finally,some corresponding intervention strategies are put forward to deal with different unsafe behavior modes.
