摘要
目的探讨胶质瘤组织中Beclin1及Bcl-2的表达水平及其与术后复发的相关性。方法选择92例胶质瘤患者作为研究对象,取所有患者的术后病灶组织标本(病灶组)与癌旁组织标本(癌旁组),采用酶联免疫法检测Beclin1及Bcl-2表达阳性率,随访患者的术后复发情况并进行相关性分析。结果病灶组的Beclin1及Bcl-2表达阳性率分别为34.8%和70.7%,癌旁组分别为72.8%和29.3%,组间对比差异都有统计学意义(P<0.05)。92例患者术后都得到随访,复发32例(复发组),复发率为34.8%,平均复发时间为(12.01±2.17)个月。复发组的Beclin1、Bcl-2的表达阳性率与未复发组对比差异都有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Spearman相关性分析胶质瘤患者Beclin1、Bcl-2的表达阳性率与术后复发存在相关性(γ=-0.655、0.598,P=0.000)。多元Logistic逐步回归分析显示Beclin1(OR=4.293)、Bcl-2(OR=2.821)是胶质瘤患者术后复发的独立影响因素(P<0.05)。结论胶质瘤患者术后容易复发,且伴随有Beclin1及Bcl-2异常表达。Beclin1、Bcl-2的表达水平与术后复发存在相关性,也是影响患者复发的主要因素。
Objective To investigate the expression levels of Beclin1 and Bcl-2 in glioma tissues and their correlation with postoperative recurrence.Methods 92 patients with glioma were selected as the research objects.All patients’postoperative lesion tissue specimens(lesion group)and para-cancerous tissue specimens(para-cancer group)were collected,the positive rate of Beclin1 and Bcl-2 expression were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay,the postoperative recurrence of patients were followed up and given correlation analysis.Results The positive rates of Beclin1 and Bcl-2 expression in the lesion group were 34.8%and 70.7%,respectively,and those in the adjacent group were 72.8%and 29.3%,respectively,the differences compared between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).There were 32 cases of recurrence(recurrence group),the recurrence rate were 34.8%,and the average recurrence time were 12.01±2.17 months.The positive rate of Beclin1 and Bcl-2 in the recurrence group were significantly different from that in the non-recurrence group(P<0.05).Spearman correlation analysis showed that the positive rate of Beclin1 and Bcl-2 expression in glioma patients were correlated with postoperative recurrence(γ=-0.655,0.598,P=0.000).Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that Beclin1(OR=4.293)and Bcl-2(OR=2.821)were independent factors influenced the recurrence of glioma patients(P<0.05).Conclusion Patients with glioma are prone to recurrence after surgery,and are accompanied by abnormal expressions of Beclin1 and Bcl-2.The expression levels of Beclin1 and Bcl-2 are correlated with postoperative recurrence,which are also the main factors affect patient recurrence.
