摘要
以运河古镇窑湾为案例地,通过现场观察和对窑湾古镇核心景区以及外部新镇居民的半结构式访谈进行数据收集,从经济、社会、文化、环境方面分析古镇当地居民对旅游发展的感知与态度.结果发现,总体而言窑湾古镇居民对当地旅游发展带来的正面影响感知较强,尤其是旅游发展的经济效益,社会、文化与环境效益感知次之,对旅游发展带来的负面影响感知相对较弱.但部分居民也表示古镇内存在旅游配套设施不完善、景区管理方式不当与宣传不足、缺乏政府引导与政民沟通、旅游业发展仅让一部分人获利等问题.基于居民感知和古镇发展现状,窑湾古镇旅游的可持续发展可从3个方面强化:进一步完善古镇基础设施建设,明确商业空间和居住空间界限;鼓励居民参与旅游商业经营,提升居民就业质量;建立古镇决策过程中居民参与机制,完善古镇旅游收益分配机制.
Taking Yaowan ancient canal town as a case study,through field observation and semi-structured interview with the residents of the core scenic spots of Yaowan town and external new town,the local residents perception and attitude towards tourism development are analyzed from the aspects of economy,society,culture and environment.The results show that the residents of Yaowan ancient town have strong perception of the positive impact of local tourism development,especially the economic benefits of tourism development,followed by social,cultural and environmental benefits,and the relatively weak perception of the negative impact of tourism development.But at the same time,some residents also fell that there are some problems in the ancient town,such as imperfect tourism supporting facilities,improper management and publicity of scenic spots,lack of government guidance and communication with the government and the people,and tourism development only makes a small number of people profit.Based on the residents perception and the development status of Yaowan ancient town,some suggestions for the sustainable development of Yaowan ancient town are put forward,such as improving the infrastructure construction of the ancient town,and clarifying the boundary between commercial space and residential space,encouraging residents to participate in tourism business operation and improving the quality of residents employment,and establishing the residents participation mechanism in the decision-making process of ancient towns,and improving the tourism income distribution mechanism of ancient towns.
