摘要
蚯蚓是土壤生态系统中最大的动物区系,对促进土壤生成、维持土壤理化结构及生态功能等均有重要作用。文章通过综述重金属和农药单一及复合污染对蚯蚓的生态毒理效应,分析了用于评估两者复合污染作用方式的模型。建议将污染物复合污染的生态毒理效应纳入化学品毒性风险评估框架,以期为环境标准的制定和环境风险评价提供依据。
Earthworms are pivotal soil-dwelling organisms,beneficially contributing to terrestrial ecological functioning and services.Herein we summarized the individual and joint effects of pesticides and metals on earthworms and discussed the models to evaluate the toxicity of chemical mixtures.The toxicological data concerning the mixture of chemicals could provide baseline information for environmental regulation and monitoring.It is proposed that the ecotoxicological effects of combined exposure of multiple pollutants should be taken into account in the environmental risk assessment.
