甲氰菊酯和高效氯氰菊酯杀虫剂对摇蚊的联合行为效应

摘要 针对拟除虫菊酯类杀虫剂在环境中形成的复合污染问题,以水生生物摇蚊为研究对象,开展甲氰菊酯和高效氯氰菊酯对摇蚊幼虫的单一和联合暴露测试,探索其对摇蚊的联合行为抑制效应。实验表明,在甲氰菊酯和高效氯氰菊酯不同浓度和不同时间的联合暴露下,摇蚊幼虫的筑巢率均为0%,而在单一农药暴露下,摇蚊幼虫有筑巢,说明甲氰菊酯和高效氯氰菊酯的混合溶液对摇蚊幼虫的行为抑制效应明显强于单一溶液,即甲氰菊酯和高效氯氰菊酯对摇蚊幼虫的联合毒性表现为协同作用,因此在风险评价中亟需考虑复合污染问题,以提高风险评价的准确性。 In view of the compound pollution caused by pyrethroid insecticides in the environment,this experiment took chironomid as the research object,carried out the single and combined exposure test of fenpropathrin and beta cyperme⁃thrin to chironomid larvae,and explored their joint behavior inhibition effect on chironomid.The experiment shows that the nesting rate of chironomid larvae is 0%under the combined exposure of fenpropathrin and beta cypermethrin at different concentrations and different times,while chironomid larvae nest under the exposure of a single pesticide,indicating that the behavior inhibition effect of the mixed solution of fenpropathrin and beta cypermethrin on chironomid larvae is signifi⁃cantly stronger than that of a single solution,that is,the combined toxicity of fenpropathrin and beta cypermethrin on chi⁃ronomid larvae is synergistic.Therefore,it is urgent to consider the problem of compound pollution in risk assessment in or⁃der to improve the accuracy of risk assessment.In view of the compound pollution caused by pyrethroid insecticides in the environment,this experiment took chironomid as the research object,carried out the single and combined exposure test of fenpropathrin and beta cypermethrin to chironomid larvae,and explored their joint behavior inhibition effect on chirono⁃mid.The experiment shows that the nesting rate of chironomid larvae is 0%under the combined exposure of fenpropathrin and beta cypermethrin at different concentrations and different times,while chironomid larvae nest under the exposure of a single pesticide,indicating that the behavior inhibition effect of the mixed solution of fenpropathrin and beta cypermethrin on chironomid larvae is significantly stronger than that of a single solution,that is,the combined toxicity of fenpropathrin and beta cypermethrin on chironomid larvae is synergistic.Therefore,it is urgent to consider the problem of compound pol⁃lution in risk assessment in order to improve the accuracy of risk assessment.
