摘要
随着我国社会快速发展和区域经济转型升级,社会对多层次高技能技术人才的需求进一步扩大。为拓宽人才培养渠道、服务国家终身教育体系构建,广东轻工职业技术学院依托学分制改革,开展了学分互认互通体系重构、制度建设、平台搭建的探索,并进行了多元路径的多类型学分互认互通实践,有效解决了学校多层次高技能技术人才培养带来的难题,推动了高职院校教育教学改革向纵深发展。
With the rapid development of Chinese society and the transformation and upgrading of regional economy,the social demand for multi-level high skilled talents is further expanding.In order to broaden the channels of personnel training and serve the construction of the national lifelong education system,relying on the reform of the credit system,Guangdong Industry Polytechnic has carried out the exploration of the reconstruction of the credit recognition and transfer system,the construction of the system,the construction of the platform,and the practice of multi-path and multi type credit recognition and transfer system,which has effectively solved the problems brought about by the multi-level high skilled technical personnel training and promoted the education and teaching reform of higher vocational colleges to develop in depth.
