一对一带教模式在小儿外科护理教学中的实践

摘要 目的总结分析小儿外科护理教学中一对一带教模式应用效果。方法筛选该院2018年10月—2019年12月在岗的小儿外科实习护士,共计36名,均分为甲组(18名)和乙组(18名),甲组实行常规教学方法,乙组实行一对一带教模式,探究不同教学法在小儿外科护理教学中应用效果。结果对比甲组,乙组护生的知识掌握程度和教学满意度更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论小儿外科护理教学中一对一带教模式应用,便于改善常规教学模式的不足和缺陷,促进护士综合素质水平逐步提升,内化知识结构。 Objective To summarize and analyze the application effect of one-to-one teaching mode in pediatric surgical nursing teaching.Methods A total of 36 pediatric surgical practice nurses who were on duty in the hospital from October 2018 to December 2019 were selected,and they were divided into group A(18)and group B(18).Group A implemented conventional teaching methods,and group B implemented a one-to-one teaching model to explore the application effects of different teaching methods in pediatric surgical nursing teaching.Results Compared with group A,the knowledge mastery and the teaching satisfaction of nursing students in group B were higher,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of one-to-one teaching mode in pediatric surgical nursing teaching is convenient to improve the shortcomings and defects of the conventional teaching model,promote the gradual improvement of the comprehensive quality of nurses,internalize the knowledge structure.
