摘要
目的探讨在手术室的护理教学上,采取翻转课堂联合微课教学方式的教学质量、护生自我概念及满意度情况。方法选取2017年1—12月到手术室护理实习的41名实习生为对照组,2019年1—12月实习的40名实习生为观察组,对照组采取常规护理带教方式,观察组采取翻转课堂联合微课教学方式,两组均实习3个月,实习结束对两组理论与实践考核成绩、自我概念、带教满意度进行对比。结果观察组在实习后的理论知识与实践操作考核成绩均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组实习生在灵活性、领导、满意度、技能、沟通交流各自我概念各维度评分上均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组实习生对护理教学工作的满意度为95.00%,稍高于对照组87.80%的满意度,组间对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在手术室护理教学工作中,采取翻转课堂联合微课教学方式可取得满意的教学效果,提高实习生自我概念及满意度,值得推广。
Objective To explore the teaching quality,self-concept and satisfaction of nursing students in the teaching method of flipped classroom combined with micro-classes in nursing teaching in the operating room.Methods 41 interns who went to the operating room for nursing practice from January to December 2017 were selected as the control group,and 40 interns who practiced from January to December 2019 were selected as the observation group.The control group adopted conventional nursing teaching methods.The observation group adopted a flipped classroom combined with micro-class teaching method.Both groups had practiced for 3 months.After the practice,the two groups'theoretical and practical assessment scores,self-concept,and teaching satisfaction were compared.Results After the internship,the observation group's theoretical knowledge and practical performance assessment scores were higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the observation group's interns scored on the various dimensions of flexibility,leadership,satisfaction,skills,and communication were higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the observation group’s interns’satisfaction with nursing teaching work was 95.00%,slightly higher than the control group’s 87.80%,and there was no statistically significant difference between the groups(P>0.05).Conclusion In the nursing teaching work of the operating room,the flipped classroom combined with the micro-class teaching method can achieve satisfactory teaching results,improve the self-concept and satisfaction of interns,and are worthy of promotion.
