摘要
针对风电叶片生产中人工铺设主梁玻纤布的效率低、质量稳定性差、工人劳动强度大等问题,设计了一种基于PLC和触摸屏控制的叶片主梁玻纤布自动铺放控制系统。该设备可以满足叶片主梁玻纤布按设计速度、张力铺放,并能适应模具型面形状的变化。铺放装置可通过手动、自动方式来实现玻纤布的铺放要求,并实现玻纤布铺放的长度控制和自动切割,以及铺放过程的自动赶压功能。
A control system based on PLC and HMI to lay glass fabric on the main spar is proposed in this paper,which can overcome the problems of low efficiency,poor quality stability,and high labor intensity of workers in the production by manually laying down lass fabric.The equipment laying glass fabric with this system can move according to the blade mould shape and designed velocity and control tension.Meanwhile,the control of laying length direction,automatic cutting of glass fiber cloth and automatic pressing can be realized in the laying process by setting manual or automatic control method.
