摘要
目的探讨彩色多普勒超声诊断糖尿病下肢血管病变的应用价值。方法选择该院2019年1-12月收治的50例糖尿病下肢血管病变患者为研究组,选择同期50名健康体检的志愿者作为对照组,对比两组彩色多普勒超声检查结果。结果研究组下肢血管斑块的检出率86.00%高于对照组14.00%,狭窄检出率14.00%高于对照组8.00%,闭塞检出率18.00%高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组股动脉、足背动脉、腘动脉、胫后动脉的管径均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论彩色多普勒超声诊断糖尿病下肢血管病变的应用价值显著,具有操作便捷、经济、可重复的优势,具有典型的成像特征,病变检出率高,有利于患者的早期诊断和治疗,值得临床进一步推广使用。
Objective To explore the application value of color Doppler ultrasound in diagnosing diabetic lower extremity vascular disease.Methods A total of 50 patients with diabetic lower extremity vascular disease admitted to the hospital from January to December 2019 were selected as the study group,and 50 volunteers who had health examinations during the same period were selected as the control group,and the results of color Doppler ultrasound examinations of the two groups were compared.Results The detection rate of vascular plaque in the lower limbs of the study group was 86.00%higher than that of the control group 14.00%,the detection rate of stenosis was 14.00%higher than that of the control group 8.00%,and the detection rate of occlusion was 18.00%higher than that of the control group,the different was statistically significant(P<0.05).The diameters of femoral artery,dorsal foot artery,popliteal artery and posterior tibial artery in the study group were lower than those in the control group,the different was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Color Doppler ultrasound has significant application value in diagnosing diabetic lower extremity vascular diseases.It has the advantages of convenient operation,economy and reproducibility.It has typical imaging features and a high detection rate of lesions.It is beneficial to the early diagnosis and treatment of patients and is worthy of further promotion and use in the clinical practice.
