摘要
目的探讨彩色多普勒超声检查在老年2型糖尿病患者下肢血管病变诊断中的价值。方法选取福州市第六医院2018年1月至2019年5月的2型糖尿病老年患者72例,所有患者均接受CT下肢动脉造影和彩色多普勒超声检查。以CT下肢动脉造影检查为金标准,与彩色多普勒超声检查股总动脉、腘动脉、股浅动脉和股浅动脉远端的管腔病变的检出率进行比较。结果运用彩色多普勒超声与CT下肢动脉造影检查糖尿病患者下肢血管斑块、狭窄和闭塞在股总动脉、腘动脉、股浅动脉和股浅动脉远端的检出率比较,差异无统计学意义。结论彩色多普勒超声检查价格低廉,检查可重复进行,患者依从性高,可得到良好的检出率,可准确定位病变部位,具有临床推广价值。
Objective To explore the value of color doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of lower extremity vascular disease in elderly patients with type 2 diabetes.Method From January 2018 to May 2019,72 elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus were selected from the Sixth Hospital of Fuzhou City.All patients were examined by arteriography and color doppler ultrasound.The detection rate of common femoral artery,popliteal artery,superficial femoral artery and distal superficial femoral artery were compared with that of color Doppler ultrasound.Result There was no significant difference in the detection rate of plaque,stenosis and occlusion in the common femoral artery,popliteal artery,superficial femoral artery and the distal part of superficial femoral artery between color Doppler ultrasound and arteriography.Conclusion Color doppler ultrasound is cheap,repeatable,highly compliant,and has a good detection rate.It can accurately locate the lesion site,which has clinical value.
