师生在线互动水平分析——基于16所高校10173份样本的经验数据 被引量:1

摘要 师生互动对学生的学习成长具有重要意义。在线方式的师生互动有利于弥补传统互动方式的不足,对16所高校10173名学生的师生在线互动情况调查显示:在线方式可以使57.5%的师生互动达到基本良好及以上水平,且以“教学话题互动”为主导;师生互动在学科门类间存在显著差异,艺术学显著高于其他学科;师生互动在年级之间存在显著性群体差异,即高年级互动频率显著高于低年级;学科与年级对师生在线互动频率不仅具有独立效应,还具有显著交互效应。为进一步提升师生在线互动水平,可从以下几方面着手:师生应充分利用信息技术优势,提升在线互动水平;师生应注重在线互动与实际面对面互动相结合,开展多话题互动;任课教师更应尊重学生群体的差异性,实施差异性互动。 The interaction between teachers and students is of great significance to students′learning and growth.The online interaction between teachers and students helps to make up for the deficiency of the traditional way of interaction.The survey of 10173 students in 16 colleges and universities shows that:online mode can promote 57.5%of the teacher-student interaction to reach the basic level of good or above,and is dominated by"teaching topic interaction";the teacher-student interaction has significant differences between disciplines,and art is significantly higher than other disciplines;teachers and students can promote the interaction between teachers and students.There are significant group differences in students'interaction between grades,that is,the interaction frequency of higher grades is significantly higher than that of lower grades;subjects and grades have not only independent effect on online interaction frequency of teachers and students,but also significant interaction effect.In order to further improve the level of online interaction between teachers and students,we can start from the following aspects:teachers and students should make full use of the advantages of information technology to improve the level of online interaction;teachers and students should pay attention to the combination of online interaction and actual face-to-face interaction to carry out multi-topic interaction;teachers should respect the difference among students and implement differentiated interaction.
