摘要
生师互动是提高高等教育质量的"支撑点"。我国本科教育的生师互动未受到应有的重视,生师互动对学生发展的影响有限。因此,本科院校要加强对学生的个性化指导,促进生师非正式互动与交流,重视课堂教学这一生师互动的"原点",使其成为生师互动的"动力站";加强科研与创新活动,营造生师互动的"巅峰体验"。当务之急是要提高学生参与度、教师投入度和院校支持度。
Student-faculty interaction has become the supporting point to improve the quality of higher education. In the undergraduate education in our country, the importance of student-faculty interaction has not been valued and its influence on the development of students is limited. Therefore, colleges and universities should strengthen the personalized guidance for individual students to promote informal interaction and communication; pay attention to the base point of classroom teaching, making it the power station of student- faculty interaction; and strengthen scientific research and innovative activities to create a capstone experience of student-faculty interaction for undergraduates. The urgent task is to improve the involement of students, the engagement of faculty and the support of the higher institutions.
