摘要
科研与创新活动是本科生高阶学习经历。目前我国高校本科生科研中存在诸多问题和短板:在参与机会上供需矛盾突出,在参与动机上功利倾向明显,在参与经历上整体意识欠缺,在指导与管理上重结果轻过程,在学习收获上深层体验不足。为此,需构建“教-学-研”共同体并在其中重构本科生科研经历,其路径包括:盘活资源,扩大学生受益面;因材施教,满足学生多元发展需求;循序渐进,让学生获得阶梯式学习体验;注重联系,融通本科生学习经历;同伴互助,发挥合作学习的潜力;悉心指导,在师生互动中达成顶峰体验。
Research and innovation activities are advanced learning experiences for undergraduates.Problems and shortcomings include the supply-demand contradiction in participation opportunities,utilitarian tendencies in participation motivation,lack of overall awareness of participation experience,emphasis on results over processes in guidance and management,and insufficient deep experience in learning gains.The practical paths of reinventing undergraduates'research experience include activating resources and expanding the beneficiaries of students;instructing students according to their aptitudes to meet their diverse development needs;providing students with a tiered learning experience step by step;emphasizing connections and integrating undergraduate learning experiences;unleashing the potential of collaborative learning by peer assistance;and providing careful guidance to achieve a capstone experience in faculty-student interaction.
