摘要
建筑用镀铝锌耐指纹板具有很高的耐碱性要求,但是目前相关的研究鲜有报道。为此,通过调整耐指纹涂层成分,采用5%NaOH点滴试验等研究了其对建筑用镀铝锌耐指纹涂层耐碱性的影响。结果表明:作为涂层黏结骨架的水性树脂,其配方设计和单体选择对耐指纹涂层的耐碱性起决定性作用。烘烤固化过程中软化了的润滑助剂会起到密封作用,使得耐指纹涂层具有更好的耐碱液腐蚀性能;使用阴离子型/非离子型润滑助剂时的耐碱性能更好。成膜助剂沸点低或挥发快,将导致耐指纹层涂覆的连续性和均匀性差、耐碱性差;成膜助剂沸点高或挥发慢,涂层达到实干后,展现出良好的耐碱性能。
Anti-finger coated Galvalume panels for construction have high alkaline resistance requirements,but there are few reports on this.Through adjusting the composition of the anti-finger coating,the influence of the coating on the alkaline resistance to Galvalume anti-finger coating for buildings was studied by 5%NaOH drop test.Results showed that the formula design and monomer selection of the water-based resin as the coating bonding skeleton played a decisive role in the alkali resistance of the fingerprint-resistant coating.The softened lubricating additive during the baking-curing process had a sealing effect,which made the fingerprint coatings have more resistance to alkali corrosion.Besides,the use of anionic/nonionic in lubricant additives had better alkaline resistance.When the film-forming agent had low boiling points or rapid volatility,this would lead to the poor continuity and uniformity of anti-finger coatings,presenting poor alkaline resistance.On the contrary,if the film-forming agent had a high boiling point or slow volatilization,the coating exhibited good alkali resistance after drying.
