摘要 将石蜡与微晶蜡按质量比为4∶1进行混合共100 g,添加催化剂、助剂,在反应温度、空气流量、反应时间一定的条件下进行氧化反应。反应热效应的分析表明,空气流量和反应温度对反应过程中生成自由基所需的最高能量以及活化能的影响较大。空气流量在4 L/min,温度在170℃时,反应过程中生成自由基所需的最高能量较小,活化能较小,反应容易进行。添加的催化剂和助剂质量对自由基生成的难易程度影响较大,催化剂质量为0.016g,助剂质量为1.6 g时,较易生成自由基。反应时间为6 h较好。 Paraffin wax was mixed with microcrystalline paraffin wax by the mass ratio of 4 : 1. The total mass is 100 g. The catalyst and cocatalyst were added. The oxidation reaction was taken place at the certain reaction temperature, air flow, and reaction time. The analysis of the heat effect indicates that the maximum energy of forming the free radical and the activation energy are greatly affected by the air flow and the reaction temperature. When the air flow is 4 L/min, the temperature is 170℃, the maximum energy of forming the free radical and the activation energy are lower, the reaction is easy to occur. The forming of free radical is greatly affected by the mass of the catalyst and cocatalyst. When the catalyst mass is 0.016 g and the cocatalyst mass is 1.6 g, the free radical is easy to be formed, The optimal reaction time is 6 h,
