摘要
通过慢应变速率拉伸试验和电化学试验,研究了纯锌、纯铝、ZnAl15、ZnAl25、ZnAl55在海水环境中的应力腐蚀开裂行为。慢应变速率拉伸试验表明ZnAl25在海水中的延伸率最高;快慢扫描极化曲线结果说明纯锌和纯铝在海洋环境中对应力腐蚀开裂较敏感,而ZnAl15、ZnAl25、ZnAl553种合金都具备一定的抗应力腐蚀的能力。扫描电镜的结果显示ZnAl25对海洋环境中的16Mn钢具有抗应力腐蚀开裂的作用。
The stress corrosion cracking of zinc, aluminum, ZnAl15,ZnAl25 andZnAl55 in seawater was studied through slow strain rate tension and electrochemistry measurement. The results of slow strain rate tension test indicated that the elongation rate of ZnAl25 in seawater was the highest. The polarization curves of different samples at rapid and slow scanning rates represented that zinc and aluminum in seawater were sensitive to stress corrosion cracking, while ZnAl15、ZnAl25 and ZnAl55 alloys had a certain ability to resist the stress corrosion cracking. SEM analysis showed that ZnAl25 played positive role to resist stress corrosion cracking of 16 Mn steel in seawater.
