摘要
目的从Wnt/β-catenin信号通路探究珍珠舌草胶囊治疗胃息肉的分子机制。方法收集我院经消化内镜和组织病理检查诊断为胃息肉的患者40例,其中炎性、增生性、胃底腺、腺瘤性息肉各10例,经珍珠舌草胶囊口服治疗24周后,应用免疫组织化学技术测定治疗前后胃息肉组织中的wnt1、β-catenin、Cyclin D1的表达情况。结果治疗后增生性、胃底腺、腺瘤性胃息肉组织中的wnt1、β-catenin、Cyclin D1表达较治疗前显著减少(P<0.05);炎性息肉治疗后wnt1、β-catenin、Cyclin D1表达有所减少。结论珍珠舌草胶囊治疗胃息肉,防治胃癌前病变的分子机制可能与调控细胞增殖、分化的Wnt/β-catenin信号通路有关。
Objective To explore the molecular mechanism of Zhen Zhu She Cao capsule in treating gastric polyps from Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathways.Methods Total 40 patients with gastric polyps diagnosed by digestive endoscopy and histopathology in our hospital were collected,including 10 cases each of inflammatory,proliferative,gastric fundus and adenomatous polyps,After 24 weeks of oral treatment with Zhen Zhu She Cao capsule,to determine the expression of wnt1,β-catenin and Cyclin D1 in gastric polyps before and after treatment using immunohistochemical technique.Results After treatment,the expression of wnt1,β-catenin and Cyclin D1 in hyperplastic,gastric fundus glands,and adenomatous gastric polyps tissues were significantly reduced compared to before treatment(P<0.05),the expression of wnt1,β-catenin and Cyclin D1 in inflammatory polyps was also decreased.Conclusion The molecular mechanism of Zhen Zhu She Cao capsule in the treatment of gastric polyps or the prevention and cure of gastric precancerous lesions may be related to the Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway regulating cell proliferation and differentiation.
