凝血栓蛋白-1及P53对非小细胞肺癌组织血管新生的影响及其意义

摘要 目的:探讨凝血栓蛋白-1、P53及血管内皮生长因子在非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)中的表达及其与血管新生的关系。方法:用免疫组化SP法检测64例非小细胞肺癌及20例癌旁组织中TSP-1、P53、VEGF的表达及微血管密度值。结果:NSCLC组织中TSP-1的阳性表达率为39.06%,显著低于癌旁组织(P<0.05)。其表达与肺癌的临床分期、淋巴结转移及远处转移有关(P<0.05)。P53在NSCLC组织中的阳性表达率为32.81%,其表达与临床分期及有无远处转移显著相关(P<0.05)。NSCLC组织中的MVD显著高于癌旁组织,与肿瘤的临床分期和远处转移有关(P<0.05)。MVD与TSP-1呈负相关(P<0.05,r=-0.39),与VEGF呈正相关(P<0.05,r=0.44)。TSP-1与VEGF表达呈负相关(P<0.05,r=-0.53),但与P53无相关性。结论:TSP-1与肿瘤的血管新生及侵袭生长关系密切,可能参与了非小细胞肺癌的发生、发展及转移过程,可以作为判断肿瘤侵袭性的参考指标。 Objective:To investigate the expression of thrombospondin-1(TSP-1), P53 and VEGF in human non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), and to explore their relationship with microvascular density (MVD).
