摘要
重大疫情的出现,在一定程度上威胁着国家安全,对重大疫情的大学生网络舆情引导,关系到疫情的防控,也关系到总体国家安全的实现。总体国家安全观视域下重大疫情的大学生网络舆情引导,要遵循事实引导与价值引导相结合、线上引导与线下引导相促进、正面引导与交互引导相呼应的原则;要以总体国家安全观为指导、以高校为主体,通过构建重大疫情的大学生网络舆情管控体系、加强重大疫情应对中的大学生网络道德与法治教育、培养重大疫情的大学生网络意见领袖、拓展重大疫情的大学生网络表达场域的路径来实现。
The emergence of major epidemic situation,to a certain extent,threatens the national security.The guidance of Internet public opinion of college students on major epidemic situation is related to the prevention and control of the epidemic situation and the realization of the overall national security.From the holistic view of national security,the guidance of college students′Internet public opinion on major epidemic situation should follow the principles of combining fact guidance with value guidance,promoting online guidance with offline guidance,and responding positive guidance with interactive guidance.Therefore,we should take the holistic view of national security as the guidance,take colleges and universities as the main body,so as to strengthen the education of college students′network morality and the rule of law in response to major epidemic,cultivate student leaders of Internet public opinion on major epidemic situation,and expand the network expression field of major epidemic situation,through the construction of a management and control system for college students′Internet public opinion on major epidemic situation.
