摘要
市场营销是企业经营管理的重要内容。随着市场经济的发展,市场竞争由“以产品为中心”向“以客户为中心”转变。论文立足于新时代企业营销视角,以剖析客户关系管理的变化作为切入点,分析客户关系管理在企业市场营销中的价值,最后提出优化客户关系管理的具体对策。
Marketing is an important part of enterprise operation and management.With the development of market economy,market competition has changed from"product-centered"to"customer-centered".Based on the perspective of enterprise marketing in the new era,this paper takes the analysis of the changes in customer relationship management as an entry point,analyzes the value of customer relationship management in enterprise marketing,and finally proposes specific countermeasures to optimize customer relationship management.
