摘要
公路路基施工的半刚性基层和级配碎石基层工艺分别存在抗裂性不足、强度不足的缺陷。为探索基层施工新工艺,文中在分析2种基层施工及应用各自优缺点的基础上,提出一种半刚性-级配碎石复合基层。在实体工程上进行验证应用并跟踪检测其性能表现,阐述施工工艺及现场质量把控与检测关键点,得出如下结论,级配碎石配合比对应的最佳含水率为4.9%,最大干密度为2.304 g/cm^(3);路基回弹模量均超过410 MPa,满足路用要求;平均渗水系数为289.7 mL/min,满足排水要求。
The semi-rigid base course and graded gravel base course of highway subgrade construction have the defects of insufficient crack resistance and insufficient strength respectively.In order to explore the new base construction technology,a semi-rigid-graded crushed stone composite base is proposed based on the analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of the two base constructions and their applications,then the application is verified and its performance is tracked in an entitative engineering.Moreover,the key points of construction technology and on-site quality control and inspectionare explained.The following conclusions are drawn:the optimal water content corresponding to the mix ratio of graded crushed stone is 4.9%,and the maximum dry density is 2.304 g/cm^(3);the subgrade rebound modulus exceeds 410 MPa,which meets the requirements of road use;the average water permeability coefficient is 289.7 mL/min,which meets the drainage requirements,too.
