橡胶颗粒水泥稳定砂砾基层施工工艺研究 被引量:3

摘要 为验证橡胶颗粒水泥稳定砂砾基层的工程适用性,基于室内试验,确定橡胶颗粒水泥稳定砂砾基层材料施工配比。针对橡胶颗粒水泥稳定砂砾基层材料特点,明确橡胶颗粒水泥稳定砂砾基层施工工艺。在此基础上,铺筑橡胶颗粒水泥稳定砂砾基层试验段,评价橡胶颗粒水泥稳定砂砾基层施工质量,分析橡胶颗粒水泥稳定砂砾基层防拱胀开裂机理。结果表明,橡胶颗粒水泥稳定砂砾相较普通水泥稳定砂砾其最佳含水率增长0.4%、最大干密度降低0.011 g/cm^(3);预拌工艺保证了橡胶颗粒分布均匀性,交互式碾压工艺确保了橡胶颗粒水泥稳定基层施工压实效率;试验段压实度达到98.04%,7 d无侧限抗压强度为3.6 MPa,均符合规范要求。橡胶颗粒掺加后水泥稳定砂砾应变差值较掺加前降低19%,有效提高了水泥稳定砂砾基层防拱胀抗开裂性能。 In order to verify the engineering applicability of rubber particle cement stabilized sand-gravel base,based on indoor tests,the construction ratio of rubber particle cement stabilized sand-gravel base materials was determined.According to the characteristics of rubber particle cement stabilized sand-gravel base material,the construction technology was defined.On this basis,the rubber particle cement stabilized sand-gravel base test section was paved to evaluate the construction quality and analyze the anti arch expansion and cracking mechanism of rubber particle cement stabilized sand-gravel base.The results show that the optimal moisture content of rubber particle cement stabilized sand-gravel base increases by 0.4%and the maximum dry density decreases by 0.011 g/cm^(3) compared with that of ordinary cement stabilized sand-gravel base.The ready-mixing process ensures the uniform distribution of rubber particle,the interactive rolling process ensures the compaction efficiency.The compactness of the test section reaches 98.04%,and the 7 d unconfined compressive strength is 3.6 MPa,which meets the requirements of the specification.Adding rubber particles results in the decrease of the strain difference of cement stabilized sand-gravel base with a reduction of 19 percent,which effectively improves the anti-arching expansion and anti-cracking performance of cement stabilized sand-gravel base.
