级配碎石基层填料回弹模量特性及预估模型研究 被引量:3

摘要 采用基于颗粒堆积理论提出的石砂比设计不同的透水性级配以及用于对比的常规骨架密实型级配,通过控制剪应力比设计不同水平的围压和循环偏应力组合,开展不同应力路径下的重复加载三轴试验,研究级配和应力状态共同影响下级配碎石基层填料回弹模量的变化规律;针对60组室内重复加载三轴试验数据,对比分析14种回弹模量预估模型的预测效果,进而提出可同时考虑级配和应力状态影响的回弹模量预估模型,并验证模型的准确性。研究结果表明:同时考虑级配和应力状态影响的回弹模量预估模型的准确性较高,对级配碎石基层填料回弹模量的预测精度更高,可为透水性基床级配碎石填料的高效利用和可持续推广提供理论依据和技术参考。 The different unbound permeable aggregate base materials(UPAB)gradations were designed from the mass ratio of gravel to sand concept proposed based on particle packing theory,along with the conventional dense gradation for comparison.The different combinations of confining pressure and deviator stress were generated by controlling the levels of the shear stress ratio(SSR),followed by laboratory repeated load triaxial tests in different stress paths.The resilient modulus characteristics influenced by gradation and stress state were studied.The prediction accuracy of 14 different flagship resilient modulus constitutive models was compared and analyzed for 60 datasets.The modified resilient modulus prediction model incorporating both gradation and stress state paraeters was proposed and its accuracy was verified.The results show that the developed resilient modulus prediction model is able to incorporate both gradation and stress state variables and is thus accurate for unbound permeable aggregate base materials(UPAB).The findings can provide theoretical basis and technical reference for cost-effective and sustainable UPAB applications.
