摘要
随着我国职业教育从规模性扩展到质量发展、内涵建设,以及优质院校建设,职业教育质量诊断逐渐由政府部门主导的外部评估向政府依法履职、院校自主保证、社会广泛参与的内部质量保障体系发展。本文回顾了我国职业教育评价经历了以评代管、管办分离到“诊改”的自主保障体系建立。
With the expansion of vocational education from scale to quality development and connotation construction as well as high-quality colleges and universities construction,the quality diagnosis of vocational education gradually develops from the external evaluation led by government to the internal quality assurance system with government performing duties,colleges performing guarantee and community participation.This paper reviews the evolution of vocational education evaluation in China,which has experienced the establishment of an independent security system,from management to evaluation,from sub-evaluation to“diagnosis and improvement”。
