摘要
随着现代社会的高速发展,科学技术被广泛应用到社会的各个领域,预制装配式建筑就是其中之一。预制装配式建筑是指在工厂生产梁、板、柱和外墙等建筑构件,经过养护并验收合格后运输至现场安装的建筑方式。预制装配式建筑相对于传统现浇钢筋混凝土和砌体建筑而言具有节能环保、降低噪声、安装速度快等优点,成为现今主流的建筑方式之一。但预制装配式建筑在施工的过程中也常常会面临质量问题,需要企业采取积极的防范措施进行完善。本文就预制装配式建筑施工常见质量问题与防范措施进行研究。
With the rapid development of modern society,science and technology are widely applied in all fields of society,and prefabricated construction is one of them.Precast prefabricated building is a construction method that produces precast building components including beams,slabs,columns and external walls in factories,and transports them to the site after maintenance and acceptance.Compared with traditional cast-in-place reinforced concrete and masonry buildings,prefabricated building has become one of the mainstream construction methods with the advantages of energy saving,environmental protection,noise reduction and fast installation speed.However,prefabricated buildings often have quality problems during the construction process,which requires enterprises to take active preventive measures to improve them.This paper studies the common quality problems and preventive measures in the construction of prefabricated buildings.
