摘要
《试验设计与统计分析》是食品科学与与工程专业及食品质量与安全专业的一门重要课程,对本科生的毕业设计及未来研究生阶段的科学研究能力的培养至关重要。文章阐述微课的含义、国内外发展情况、基本要求及微视频的主要制作方法,分析了微课在《试验设计与统计分析》课程中的应用情况。实践证明将微课作为辅助教学手段,对学生掌握《试验设计与统计分析》中的理论知识、增强相应软件使用能力有很大帮助。
"Experiment Design and Statistics Analysis"is an important course for the majors of Food Science and Engineering and Food Quality and Safety.The course is very important for the graduation design of undergraduates and the cultivation of scientific research skills in the future graduate stage.This paper introduced the definition of micro-lecture,its domestic and foreign development,basic requirements and the main production methods of micro video,analyzed the application of micro-lectures in the course of"Experiment Design and Data Analysis".The practice has proved that using micro-lectures as an assistant teaching method is very helpful for students to master the theoretical knowledge in experimental design and statistical analysis and enhance the ability to use the corresponding softwares.
