摘要
目的探讨“手术全程一体化”护理模式对老年股骨粗隆间骨折手术患者术后康复及认知功能的影响。方法88例股骨粗隆间骨折行手术治疗的老年患者,随机分为对照组与观察组,各44例。对照组行常规手术和骨科护理,观察组在对照组基础.上采用主动干预、“手术全程一体化”康复护理,比较两组患者术后并发症、术后1周内患者认知功能MMSE评分和护理满意度。结果观察组术后并发症发生率少于对照.组(P<0.05,P<0.01),术后1~3d时观察组MMSE评分高于对照组(P<0.05),患者的整体满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论“手术全程一体化”护理不仅有助于降低老年股骨粗隆间骨折手术患者术后并发症发生率,提高患者护理满意度,还有利减低术后早期认知功能的影响。
Objective To explore the effect of "integrated whole operation" nursing mode on postoperative reha-bilitation and cognitive function of elderly patients with intertrochanteric fracture.Methods 88 elderly patients with intertrochanteric fracture were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 44 cases in each group.The control group received routine operation and orthopedic nursing,while the observation group received active intervention and rehabilitation nursing based on the control group.The postoperative complications,MMSE scores of cognitive function and nursing satisfaction of patients in one week after operation were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was less than that in the control group(P<0.05,P<0.01).The MMSE score of the observation group was higher than that in the control group 1-3 days after operation(P<0.05),and the overall satisfaction of patients was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion "Integrated operation" nursing not only helps to reduce the incidence of postoperative complications and improve the nursing satisfaction of elderly patients with intertrochanteric fracture,but also helps to reduce the influence of early postoperative cognitive function.
