摘要
目的探讨股骨颈骨折患者行半髋关节置换术治疗中采取全程护理后对QOL评分造成的影响。方法选取2017年1月-2018年12月我院收治的80例股骨颈骨折患者,依据抽签法将其分为观察组和对照组,每组各40例。全部患者均接受半髋关节置换术治疗,对照组采取传统护理干预,观察组采取全程护理干预。分析组间关节功能评分(Harris髋关节功能量表评估髋关节功能水平)、生活质量评分(QOL评分)以及并发症发生率。结果观察组Harris评分(关节活动、关节畸形、关节功能和疼痛程度)较对照组高(p<0.05),数据比对结果有统计学意义(p<0.05);观察组QOL评分较对照组高,数据比对结果有统计学意义(p<0.05);观察组并发症(切口裂开、感染、出血)发生率较对照组低,数据比对结果有统计学意义(p<0.05)。结论半髋关节置换术应用在股骨颈骨折治疗中,开展全程护理后,患者髋关节功能得到显著改善,疼痛程度减轻,手术时间缩短,从而利于患者提升生活质量。
Objective:To discuss the effect of whole-course nursing on QOL scores in patients with femoral neck fracture undergoing hemiarthroplasty.Methods:From January 2017 to December 2018,80 patients with femoral neck fracture admitted to our hospital were selected,and were divided into the observation group and the control group,with 40 cases in each group.All patients received hemiarthroplasty,the control group was treated with traditional nursing intervention,and the observation group was treated with whole-course nursing intervention.The joint function score(Harris hip function scale),quality of life score(QOL score),and complication rate were analyzed between the groups.Results:Harris scores(joint activity,joint deformity,joint function and pain degree)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(p<0.05),and the results of comparison were significant(p<0.05).The QOL score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the results of comparison were significant(p<0.05);The complication rate(incision dehiscence,infection and hemorrhage)in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the results of comparison were significant(p<0.05).Conclusion:Hemiarthroplasty is applied in the treatment of patients with femoral neck fracture.After the whole-course nursing,the hip joint function of patients is significantly improved,the pain degree is reduced,and the operation time is shortened,which is beneficial for patients to improve the quality of life.
