摘要
目的探究木丹颗粒联合西药(甲钴胺+α-硫辛酸)治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的临床疗效及安全性。方法选择2018年1月1日—2019年12月31日凌海市人民医院收治的84例糖尿病周围神经病变患者为研究对象,依据随机数字表法,随机将其分为试验组和对照组(每组42例)。对照组患者仅接受甲钴胺联合α-硫辛酸治疗,试验组在对照组基础上加用木丹颗粒治疗,比较两组的临床治疗总有效率、不良反应发生率和神经病变改善情况。结果试验组的临床总有效率为95.24%,高于对照组(80.95%),P<0.05;试验组不良反应发生率为7.14%,高于对照组(4.76%),但组间差异无统计学意义,P>0.05;试验组治疗前神经病变主觉症状问卷评分(TSS)与对照组相比,差异无统计学意义,P>0.05,治疗后两组TSS评分低于治疗前,组间进行比较,试验组低于对照组,P<0.05。结论在糖尿病周围神经病变患者治疗中,木丹颗粒联合西药(甲钴胺+α-硫辛酸)治疗能够提高临床治疗效果,促进患者病情恢复,改善患者症状,且安全可靠。
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy and safety of Mudan granule combined with western medicine(mecobalamin+α-lipoic acid)in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy.Methods A total of 84 patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy in Linghai people's hospital from January 1,2018 to December 31,2019 were selected as the research objects,and they were randomly divided into experimental group and control group(42 cases in each group).The control group was only treated with mecobalamin combined withα-lipoic acid,while the experimental group was treated with Mudan granules on the basis of the control group.The total effective rate,incidence of adverse reactions and improvement of neuropathy in the two groups were compared.Results The clinical total effective rate of the experimental group was 95.24%,which was higher than that of the control group(80.95%),P<0.05;the incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was 7.14%,higher than that in the control group(4.76%),but there was no significant difference between the two groups,P>0.05;the TSS of the experimental group before treatment was different from that of the control group,but there was no statistical significance,P>0.05,treatment The TSS score of the latter two groups was lower than that before treatment,the experimental group was lower than that of the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion In the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy,Mudan granule combined with western medicine(mecobalamin+α-lipoic acid)can improve the clinical treatment effect,promote the recovery of patients'condition,improve the symptoms of patients,and is safe and reliable.
