摘要
目的观察木丹颗粒联合甲钴胺及α-硫辛酸治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的疗效,以及对超氧化物歧化酶(superoxide dismutase,SOD)、超敏C反应蛋白(high sensitive C-reactive protein,hs-CRP)的影响。方法选择住院的糖尿病合并周围神经病变患者共120例,随机分为2组,每组各60例,2组均依据血糖水平予以正规降糖治疗,对照组:给予α-硫辛酸注射液0.6 g+0.9%氯化钠注射液250 ml,静滴,1次/d;甲钴胺注射液500μg,静推,1次/d;治疗10 d。治疗组:在对照组的基础上,给予木丹颗粒7 g,口服,3次/d,患者出院后继续口服木丹颗粒治疗,疗程1个月。观察2组临床症状改善情况[多伦多临床评分系统(TCSS)]及神经传导速度,并检测血清超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)及超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)水平。实验数据用SPSS 17.0统计分析软件包进行分析。结果 2组治疗后多伦多评分、hs-CRP较治疗前均降低(P<0.05,P<0.01),SOD、神经传导速度较治疗前均增加(P<0.05,P<0.01),差异有统计学意义;但治疗组的TCSS评分、hs-CRP下降更明显(P<0.01),神经传导速度、SOD显著增加(P<0.01),改善幅度均优于对照组。结论木丹颗粒联合甲钴胺及α-硫辛酸可显著改善糖尿病周围神经病变患者的临床症状,同时发挥中医药多靶点治疗的优势,疗效优于西药对照组。
Objective To observe the curative effect of MuDan particles combined with cobalt amine and α-lipoic acid in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy( DPN),and the influence on the levels of superoxide dismutase( SOD) and hypersensitive c-reactive protein( hs-CRP). Methods The 120 patients with DPN were randomly divided into two group with 60 cases in each group. Both groups received the anti-hyperglycemic therapy based on regular blood sugar levels,0. 6g a-lipoic acid + 0. 9% sodium chloride 250 ml by intravenous drip once a day,and cobalt amine injection 500 μg,by intravenous push once a day. The treatment group received additional 7 g Mu Dan particles three times a day. The treatment lasted for 10 days. The patients in the treatment group continued to take Mu Dan particles for one month after the admission. The clinical symptoms( by Toronto Clinical Scoring System,TCSS) and nerve conduction velocity were observed,the levels of serum hs-CRP and SOD were tested. The data was analyzed by using SPSS17. 0 statistical analysis software package. Results After the treatment,the TCSS score and hs-CRP level were lower as compared with the values before the treatment( P〈0. 05,P〈0. 01); SOD level and nerve conduction velocity increased obviously after the treatment( P〈0. 05,P〈0. 01); But in the treatment group,TCSS score and hs-CRP level decreased more significantly( P〈0. 01),nerve conduction velocity and SOD level increased significantly( P〈0. 01),and the improved amplitude was superior to control group. Conclusion Mu Dan particles combined with cobalt amine and α-lipoic acid can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy,and exert the advantage of traditional Chinese medicine with multiple targets in treatment. The curative effect is superior to western medicine.
