摘要
桑杲教授认为小儿泄泻多因内外合邪、脾胃失和所致,故当以和法论治。根据小儿泄泻发病的正邪关系,治当和正祛邪,初期邪实而正不虚,治宜祛邪为主;迁延期正邪交争,治宜祛邪与扶正并重;恢复期正虚邪恋,治宜温补脾肾。由情志失调导致的泄泻,又当和畅情志。桑教授临证用药平淡温和,处处顾护脾胃,认为亦需考虑四时之气的升降变化以和顺时气。附案例1则,以资验证。
Professor SANG Gao holds that diarrhea in children results from combination of endogenous and exogenous pathogenic factors as well as disharmony between spleen and stomach.Therefore, it should be treated with mediaton method based on syndrome differentiation.According to the relationship between the healthy and the pathogenic factor in the attack of diarrhea in children, the treatment should be regulating healthy qi and expelling pathogenic factors.In the early stage of sthenia of pathogenic factors and asthenia of healthy qi, the treatment should focus on expelling pathogenic factors.In the protracted stage of struggle between healthy qi and pathogenic factors, the treatment should attach equal importance to expelling pathogenic factors and strengthening healthy qi.In convalescence stage of lingering of pathogenic factors due to asthenia of healthy qi, the treatment should warm and reinforce spleen and kidney.Diarrhea caused by emotional disorder should harmonize emotions.Professor SANG’s clinical medication is mild and gentle, and he always protects the spleen and stomach.He holds that it is also necessary to consider the change of ascending and descending of qi in four seasons to mediate seasonal pathogenic factors.One case is attached for verification.
