摘要
泄泻的病位主要在脾脏,主要病机为脾阳不足、脾气虚衰、脾阴亏损,即脾之气血阴阳整体发生病变,又与心、肺、肝、肾四脏整体病变密切相关,兼夹湿浊、食积、气郁等致病因素相互影响而发本病。临证需要拓宽思路,在"整体观念"指导下分析泄泻的病因和病机,抓住其主要病位,灵活用药,才能提高临床疗效。
The location of diarrhea is mainly in the spleen,which is mainly reflected in the deficiency of spleen-yang,deficiency of spleen-qi and deficiency of spleen-yin,that is to say,there are the overall pathological changes of spleen qi,blood,yin and yang,which is closely related the overall pathological changes of the heart,lung,liver and kidney,and the pathogenic factors such as dampness,food accumulation and qi depression influence each other and cause the disease.In the treatment of diarrhea based on syndrome differentiation,it is necessary to broaden the thinking of clinical treatment,analyze the causes and pathogenesis of diarrhea under the guidance of the concept of wholism,grasp the main location of diarrhea in the spleen,which is related to the liver,kidney,heart and lung.Flexible medication can improve the clinical efficacy.
