摘要
俞景茂教授运用和法治疗儿科疾病,具有以下4个特点:治病必求于本,标本同治,制方多选对药、用药不刚不柔,时时注意脾胃的调护。附和解少阳法治疗反复上呼吸道感染、调和脾肺法治疗腺样体肥大、调和肝肾法治疗抽动障碍、调和表里法治疗哮喘、调和营卫法治疗小儿汗证、调和肝肾法治疗性早熟、调和阴阳法治疗小儿夜啼等7则典型案例,以资说明。
The 4 characteristics of professor YU Jingmao using mediaton method to treat pediatric diseases are as follows:the treatment for disease must seek its cause,treating its symptoms and cause at the same time,mostly choosing couplet medicinals when making prescription and using low-acting medicinals,and attention should be paid to the nursing of spleen and stomach from time to time.Seven typical cases are attached for verification,including using harmonizing the lesser yang method to treat recurrent upper respiratory tract infections,using harmonizing the spleen and lung method to treat adenoidal hypertrophy,using harmonizing the liver and kidney method to treat tic disorder,using harmonizing the exterior and interior method to treat asthma,using harmonizing the nutrient and defense method to treat pediatric sweating syndrome,using harmonizing the liver and kidney method to treat sexual precocity,and using harmonizing yin and yang method to treat morbid baby night crying.
