胆汁酸和脂肪酶对樱桃谷肉鸭生长性能、屠宰性能及养分回肠表观消化率的影响 被引量:8

摘要 本试验旨在研究胆汁酸和脂肪酶对樱桃谷肉鸭生长性能、屠宰性能及养分回肠表观消化率的影响。选用7日龄樱桃谷肉鸭360只(公鸭),随机分为4个处理,每个处理6个重复,每个重复15只鸭。对照组饲喂基础饲粮,胆汁酸组饲喂基础日粮+300 mg/kg胆汁酸,脂肪酶组饲喂基础日粮+300 mg/kg脂肪酶,合用组饲喂基础日粮+300 mg/kg胆汁酸+300 mg/kg脂肪酶。试验期28 d。结果表明:从生长性能来看,4个处理组平均日增重和日采食量差异均不显著,但与胆汁酸组相比,合用组耗料增重比降低4.72%(P<0.05);从屠宰性能来看,合用组的胸肌率分别比对照组和胆汁酸组高5.61%和4.22%(P<0.05),合用组的腹脂率分别比对照组和胆汁酸组低10.89%和11.76%(P<0.05);从养分表观消化率来看,合用组的粗脂肪表观消化率分别比对照组和胆汁酸组高0.39%和0.34%(P<0.05),与脂肪酶组差异不显著;4个处理组粗蛋白质表观消化率差异不显著;与对照组相比,胆汁酸组、脂肪酶组以及合用组能量表观消化率分别提高0.98%、1.93%和2.28%(P<0.05)。综上所述,胆汁酸和脂肪酶合用可以提高樱桃谷肉鸭胸肌率,降低腹脂率,改善胴体品质,提高饲料转化效率。 The experiment was conducted to study the effects of bile acid and lipase on growth performance,slaughter performance and nutrient apparent ileal digestibility of Cherry Valley Duck.A total of 360 male Cherry Valley Ducklings(7-day-old)were randomly divided into 4 treatments with 6 replicates in each treatment and 15 ducks in each replicate.The control group was fed with basal diet,bile acid group was fed with basal diet+300 mg/kg bile acid,lipase group was fed with basal diet+300 mg/kg lipase,and combination group was fed with basal diet+300 mg/kg bile acid+300 mg/kg lipase.The experiment lasted for 28 days.The results showed that the average daily gain and daily feed intake of the four treatment groups were not significantly different(P>0.05),but the feed to weight ratio in the combined group was 4.72%lower than that in the bile acid group(P<0.05).Breast muscle rate of combined group was 5.61%and 4.22%higher than those in control group and bile acid group,respectively(P<0.05),and abdominal fat rate was 10.89%and 11.76%lower than that in control group and bile acid group,respectively(P<0.05).The apparent ileal digestibility of crude fat in the combined group was 0.39%and 0.34%higher than those in the control group and the bile acid group,respectively(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the combined group and the lipase group(P>0.05).There was also no significant difference in the apparent ileal digestibility of crude protein among the four treatment groups(P>0.05).Compared with the control group,the apparent ileal digestibility of energy in the bile acid group,lipase group and combination group were increased by 0.98%,1.93%and 2.28%,respectively(P<0.05).In conclusion,the combination of bile acid and lipase can improve breast muscle,abdominal fat,carcass quality and the rate of feed conversion of Cherry Valley ducks.
