微生物脂肪酶对断奶仔猪生产性能的影响 被引量:23

摘要 试验选用28日龄断奶仔猪128头,按遗传背景相同、体重相近(约8kg)的原则,随机分为4个处理组,对照组、试验Ⅰ组(添加脂肪酶200g·t-1)、试验Ⅱ组(添加脂肪粉3%)、试验Ⅲ组(添加脂肪酶200g·t-1与脂肪粉3%),研究在常规豆粕-玉米型日粮中添加脂肪酶、脂肪粉及脂肪酶与脂肪粉配伍对断奶仔猪生产性能的影响。结果表明,在常规豆粕-玉米型日粮中同时添加脂肪酶与脂肪粉可显著提高试验期末仔猪的体重(P<0.05);在日粮中单独添加脂肪粉饲料报酬最低,试验期末仔猪体重最低;日粮中同时添加脂肪粉与脂肪酶平均日增重显著高于其他3组(P<0.05);试验Ⅰ、Ⅲ组料重比显著低于对照组与试验Ⅱ组(P<0.05);试验Ⅰ、Ⅲ组仔猪腹泻率低于对照组与试验Ⅱ组。 one hundred and twenty-eight weaning piglets(28 days, according to the same genetic background, similar body weight 8 kg) were chosen to be randomly divided into 4 groups, The four groups were control group, testing group I (add lypase 200g·t^-1), II (add lypase fatty powder 3%)and III (add lypase 200 g·t^-1 and lypase fatty powder 3%). Study on effect of growth performance of weaning piglets in conventional soybean meal-cornbased diets supplemented with lypase, lypase fatty powder, lypase and lypase fatty powder. The results showed that, it can signific, antly increase the weight of piglets final test adding lipase and fat powder in the conventional soybean meal-corn-based diets (P〈0.05); The weight of piglet was lowest at the end of the experiment in the diet alone adding lypase fatty powder; Average daily gain was significantly higher than other three groups adding lypase fatty powder and lypase (P〈0.05); The feed-weight ratio of test group I and m were lower significantly than controls and test group II (P〈O.05); The diarrhea rate of test group I and III were lower than the control group and test group II.
