闽江特大桥合龙段施工技术刍议 被引量:1

摘要 合龙段施工是连续梁体系转换的重要环节,是保证桥梁质量的关键。而预应力混凝土连续梁因其力学性能好、造型简单美观、抗震能力强等优点在大跨度桥梁施工中得到广泛应用。对此结合闽江特大桥预应力混凝土连续梁合龙段施工实例,对其施工全过程工艺和技术要点进行阐析,得出“合龙中若严格按照施工工艺和技术要点操作,可有效保证施工质量”之结论。该例可为同类工程施工提供参考。 Closure section construction is an important link of continuous beam system transformation and the key to the quality of the bridge.Prestressed concrete continuous beam has been widely used in long-span bridge construction due to its good mechanical performance,small deformation,few expansion joints,smooth and comfortable driving,simple and beautiful modeling,small maintenance project and strong seismic resistance.Based on the investigation and study of the main points of the existing construction technology and the construction technology of the continuous prestressed concrete beam closure section of Minjiang River super large bridge,the construction technology and technical points of the whole construction process of the closure section are summarized.The author sholds that strict operation in accordance with the construction process and technical points can effectively ensure the quality of construction,and that this research can provide reference for the construction of similar projects.
