摘要 以杭州—黄山高速铁路(40+2×72+40)m预应力混凝土连续梁桥为工程背景,采用有限元软件Midas Civil分析了不同合龙顺序对悬臂浇筑预应力混凝土连续梁桥成桥内力和累计施工位移的影响,探讨了平衡配重、合龙口锁定、解除临时约束等预应力混凝土连续梁桥合龙施工关键技术。结果表明,合龙顺序对连续梁桥成桥内力和累计施工位移影响较大,4跨连续梁宜采用先对称合龙中跨、再对称合龙边跨的顺序。 With the engineering background of a(40 + 2 × 70 + 40) mprstressed concrete continuous girder bridge on Hangzhou-Huangshan railway,the effects of different closure sequences on internal force and cumulative construction displacement of cantilever casting prestressed concrete continuous girder were analyzed by using Midas Civil.Some key closure construction technologies of prestressed concrete continuous girder bridge were discussed,including counterweight,locking of closure,release of temporary constraint.The results showthat the closure sequence has great influence on internal force and cumulative displacement of prestressed concrete continuous girder bridge.The continuous girder with four spans should be closed mid-span symmetrically,then closed side-span symmetrically.
