玻化微珠保温混凝土结构中间层边节点抗震性能试验研究 被引量:2

摘要 钢筋混凝土建筑结构物在地震作用下承受复杂作用力而发生变形、甚至破坏,破坏的主要位置在框架节点区域。节点区域的破坏可能会造成建筑结构物产生难以修复的破坏变形或部分楼层的坍陷,甚至可能造成整个建筑结构物倒坍,因此在混凝土结构抗震设计中,混凝土结构或构件中节点的抗震能力是研究混凝土结构抗震的重点。作为新型建筑材料的玻化微珠保温混凝土,是一种同时具备承载能力和保温能力的无机建筑材料,具有高强度、自重轻等特点。为探索玻化微珠保温混凝土结构节点的抗震性能,设计了普通混凝土结构、玻化微珠保温混凝土结构两种结构试件进行对比试验,并对两种结构的中间层边节点进行拟静力加载抗震模拟试验,探索两种构件节点的变化情况,并分析对比两种试验构件的抗震指标(滞回曲线、骨架曲线、刚度退化、延性系数、耗能能力)。通过对试验结果数据的分析得出:使用玻化微珠保温混凝土制备的试验构件,在延性、耗能能力等有所提高,使用玻化微珠保温混凝土制作的结构不仅能够满足抗震设计规范,并且其抗震性能比使用普通混凝土制作的结构抗震性能更好。 Reinfo rced concrete building structures under the action of the earthquake under complex forces and deformation,or even damage,the main location of the damage in the frame node area.The failure of the node area may cause the building structure to produce the failure deformation that is difficult to repair or the collapse of some floors,or even the collapse of the whole building structure.Therefore,in the seismic design of concrete structure,the seismic ability of the joints in the concrete structure or members is the key point of the research on the seismic resistance of concrete structure.As a new type of building material,glass bubbles heat preservation concrete is an inorganic building material with both carrying capacity and heat preservation capacity.It has the characteristics of high strength and light weight.To explore vitrified beads insulation node the seismic performance of reinforced concrete structure,it designed the ordinary concrete structure,the structure of the two kinds of vitrified beads insulation concrete structure comparison test specimens,and the middle layer edge nodes on the structure of the two kinds of quasi static loading earthquake simulation test,to explore the change of two component node,and the two components in the simulation of the seismic behavior under seismic load index(hysteresis curve,skeleton curve,stiffness degradation,ductility,energy dissipation ability)and other analysis comparison.The analysis results of test data show that the ductility and energy dissipation capacity of the members using glass bubbles heat preservation concrete have been improved.The structure made by glass bubbles heat preservation concrete can not only meet the seismic design specifications,but also has better seismic performance than that made by ordinary concrete.
