摘要
为了有效地预测转向架构架的疲劳强度,基于EN13749和BS7608标准,采用构架疲劳试验谱载荷的疲劳疲劳强度预测方法评估构架疲劳强度。应用雨流计数法将EN13749中规定的疲劳试验谱载荷分级,并用有限元法求得构架每级载荷作用下的应力分布,以BS7608钢结构耐久性设计规范提供的焊接接头S-N曲线为依据,计算构架在谱载荷作用下的累计损伤,完成转向架构架的疲劳强度评估。
In order to effectively predict the fatigue strength of bogie frame,based on EN13749 and BS7608 standards,the fatigue strength prediction method of frame fatigue test spectrum load is adopted to evaluate the fatigue strength of bogie frame. The fatigue test spectrum load specified in EN13749 is classified by rain flow counting method,and the stress distribution of the frame under each level load is obtained by finite element method. Based on the S-N curve of welded joint provided by BS7608 steel structure durability design code,the cumulative damage of the frame under spectrum load is calculated,and the fatigue strength evaluation of bogie frame is completed.
