Study on the Classification and Verification of Bogie Frame Loads of the High-speed EMU

摘要 深入研究高速动车组转向架构架基本力系构成对建立完备的构架载荷谱具有更为契合其机理及应用的重要意义,能够更为有效、安全地表征构架服役过程中的损伤。通过高精度解耦技术制作完成测力构架,高度模拟构架"在位状态"的自由度状况与载荷作用方式,对构架进行准静态标定。基于长期跟踪试验同步获得我国主要干线的构架载荷、应力历程。在分析转向架运动模式和承载功能的基础上,以平衡状态为目标提取所有载荷,构建构架17种准平衡力系。基于实测载荷,分析构架疲劳控制部位应力响应的时域和频域特征,结合同步获得的车辆运行状态信号,验证提出的基础载荷平衡力系可以全面反映线路运行工况下的疲劳损伤。通过时域Pearson相关系数及频域功率谱、相干性结果验证基础载荷系符合构架关键区域的时频信息特征。通过单一载荷所产生的损伤占比从损伤的角度对构架的基本载荷系进行完整性确认。该研究结果对建立高速列车转向架构架载荷谱具有重要意义。 Studying on the basic force system of the bogie frame of high-speed electric multiple unit(EMU) tallies with the mechanism and application of the complete frame load spectra, and further characterizes the damage of the bogie frame effectively and safely when the bogie is in service. Accordingly, in this paper, some in-depth researches are presented. Firstly, the instrumented bogie frame is made by high precision decoupling technology, and the degree of freedom and loading action mode of the bogie frame when it is in "In-Position State" are simulated accurately, in order to carry out the quasi-static calibration of the frame. Meanwhile, the load and stress histories of main trunk lines in China are obtained simultaneously based on the long-term tracking test. In addition, derived from the analysis of the motion mode and load-bearing function, 17 quasi-equilibrium force systems of the bogie frame are constructed by extracting all the loads with the aim that it is in an equilibrium state. Furthermore, it also proves the validity and effectiveness of proposed research results. The quasi-equilibrium force systems proposed is proved to fully reflect the fatigue damage. This proving is obtained by analyzing the characteristics of stress response at the fatigue control site of the bogie frame both in time and frequency domains with measured loads data, and taking the synchronous EMU running status signals into consideration. Also, the basic load system is verified to conform to the time-frequency characteristic of critical region of the bogie frame, which is realized according to the Pearson correlation coefficient in time domain and the power spectrum and coherence in frequency domain. Further, the integrity of basic load system is confirmed with the damage contribution proportion of each load. Given the above, it shows that the research results own vital significance to establish complete frame load spectra of the high-speed EMU.
