摘要
以某轨道工程车转向架构架为试验对象,根据TB/T 3549.1—2019《机车车辆强度设计及试验鉴定规范转向架第1部分:转向架构架》,使用ANSYS有限元软件计算静强度,利用Goodman曲线分析疲劳强度;根据转向架构架设计工装,搭建试验平台,采用实验室多通道协调加载系统开展转向架构架加速寿命试验。结果表明:转向架构架的静强度和疲劳强度满足TB/T 3549.1—2019的要求,构架的疲劳寿命符合设计要求。
Taking the bogie frame of a rail engineering vehicle as the test object,according to the loading standard of TB/T 3549.1—2019 Strength design and test accreditation specification for rolling stock-Bogie-Part 1:Bogie frame,the static strength of the bogie frame is analyzed by ANSYS finite element software,and the fatigue strength is tested by Goodman curve.The frame tooling is designed and the test platform is built.The accelerated life test of the frame is carried out by using the multi-channel coordinated loading system in the laboratory.The results show that the static strength and fatigue strength of the bogie frame meet the standard of TB/T 3549.1—2019,the fatigue life of the bogie frame meets the design specifications.
