摘要
根据受流靴实际尺寸,建立了地铁受流靴有限元模型,结合受流靴实际运用情况施加约束和边界条件,利用ANSYS分析得到受流靴垂向和纵向载荷对载荷识别点应力的贡献参数;对实际运用中的受流靴进行了全工况实地测试,基于实地测量的数据,分析该型受流靴的破坏形式为疲劳问题,利用相应理论分离垂向和纵向载荷;根据设计的加载需要,选择合适机械元件设计地铁受流靴疲劳试验台,为了模拟实际约束,单独设计受流靴夹具,其余部件均可利用现有设备。
According to the actual size,the FEM of metro collector shoe has been established,the constraint and the boundary have been inflicted,and the parameter contribution is obtained between vertical and longitudinal load as well as the identification points'stress load by using ANSYS;A whole working field testing has been done in the practical application,based on the measurement data,the destroy form of the shoe is fatigue problems,and the corresponding theory is used to separate the vertical and longitudinal load;According to the design requirement for load,the appropriate mechanical components are selected to design fatigue test rack.In order to simulate the real constraint,fixtures for the shoe are designed separately,the rest of the parts are available with the existing equipment.
